    What This Isn't

    This isn't SOP writing, workflow rebuilds, software setup, or team training. Those are real projects with real scope, and they can come later if it makes sense. This is a diagnostic, not a fix.

    What I'm Asking For

    In exchange for the time and the work, here's what I need from you:

    • An honest testimonial, if you find the session valuable

    • Permission to write up what we find as a case study (your name or anonymous, your call)

    • A short follow up conversation 60 to 90 days out, so we can talk about what actually changed

    • A quick agreement up front covering all of this, so there are no surprises later

    6. Two to three months later, we talk about what changed.

Timeline
